Never experienced this when closing on a house. Larry asked me to add my routing number and bank account number to a blank sheet of paper that had two lines on it. He never told me before Closing that I needed to bring the ABA Wiring information and that is usually coordinated between the Closing Attorney and the Seller's Bank or Credit Union on Closing day (on all of the other Closings that I have been to). He called me back a few hours later accusing me in a very confrontational tone to say to me that I gave him incorrect account numbers, and by the way, how would that benefit me as a Seller. I told him I gave him what he asked for and that he did not tell me to bring the Wiring information with me, which I could have. I had my Credit Union call him to give him the information. I do

Larry Feldman is a good guy. He goes the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. He makes sure you are totally informed of everything thing you are signing. He's the only closing attorney who takes the time to explain in detail Georgia's non-judicial foreclosure process. Other attorneys just laugh and say "no pay, no stay".
