I cannot recommend Michael Feldman highly enough. My mom had a massive stroke 8 years ago. She's been completely bedridden since then and not mentally acute, but my dad was taking care of her at home. This past October, my dad, unexpectedly, passed away. My 2 sisters and I were lost.
