Do not use this company! The office manager is rude and unprofessional. They send out deceiving letters that offer services for a $75 fee that you can do yourself for free. It’s no surprise they have hidden their reviews on here.

They are very misleading! The FCC is NOT INCORPORATED and does not mail these letters. Stay Away and if you send them money, you just got ripped off!

This should not be legal. Sending me a official looking letter asking for money to keep my FCC license. SCAM SCAM SCAM! The people who run this operation should get a real job and stop scamming people. Someone needs to shut this place down. On a positive note I am glad to point out this company wasted 64 cents in postage sending this to me which in turn pissed me off enough to write a google review and hopefully help someone else.

Very unethical company. Their "notices" are very misleading. As others have said you think you are paying for a service for them to renew your FCC license and all you are paying for is a "subscription". Then they come back and want to charge you nearly $1000 to renew your FCC license. It's a scam. They know it is a scam and can apparently generate revenue doing it.

This outfit is a SCAM, do not give their mailers a thought - just toss them. I wrote to the guys that facilitated my getting an FCC license for a repeater, they told me these kinds of outfits are crooks and to ignore them.
