Jane is not only an excellent Elder Care Lawyer, she is a wonderful, compassionate, Human being. Getting Medicaid for my disabled wife so that she could be placed into a good nursing home was a daunting task! Jane and her team worked hard to make it happen. She understood our needs and explained the entire process step by step so that we could understand how the system works.I highly recommend her services .

First off jane convinced me and my sister that we had a vote against my other sibling when it came to administrator of the state that was a lie !I told her I wanted a court appointed administrative attorney for my father's estate because he didn't have a will because my older sister would fight it! lawyers like you to fight to get paid more ! Jane manipulated us and didn't listen to what I said from the beginning . jane told my sister to get bonded to be administrator of my father's estate with out realizing or knowing? the bond company wouldn't Bond her because she wasn't talking to my other sister they were fighting !then Jane said you just created or not!!! to my sister after hearing the bond company denied her !! Jane either lied to us and manipulated us or is just inept at her job!

We were led to Jane in trying to find help for our disabled child and Medicaid. She was quick to respond, eager to help and most importantly honest about the situation. We will definitely use Jane in the future to set up a special needs trust for our daughter. We appreciate her genuine nature and desire to help.
