Fair Rate Funding is a life saver literally, I need funds to help assist with a close family member pay for some very deadline sensitive family expenses and the deadline was fastly approaching. The lender doesn't really do their approvals online. They draw you into doing a credit check, and then a call comes from a desk jockey who wants to get years of tax returns, earnings , and vehicle titles just to consider the approval they said you ALREADY had online. I equated it to applying for a credit card, but then Visa calls to get your life story and collateral before they will issue the card. My credit check said my credit was good. No late payments, no collections, all good marks... Why the change up? Maybe someone else can explain it. In the meantime, we already have an approval with LendingClub, AND without all the stuff described above.
