We hired David Faber to assist us with drafting our estate plan. He was excellent. His staff was friendly and set us up for a call with him right away. He was professional and personable, he explained legal issues well. He answered all of our questions, did work promptly and responded to emails right away. He bills by the hour rather than a flat fee which is nice, you don't have to worry about an inflated rate. You exactly for what you need.

David Faber prepared my will and associated documents. I needed some very specific concerns addressed, including creating a trust within the will. He did an excellent job and provided me with the legal advice I needed. He was patient and professional. His office is right downtown (great view!) and everyone there is friendly and welcoming. After my father passed away, David was incredibly kind, generous, and patient with my mother who was too distraught to know which way to turn. He walked her through her options and made sure to advocate for what was in her best interest in regards to her assets.
