So happy with EZ Name Change!! I understand being hesitant considering everything is done online but I 100% recommend. I have been wanting to change my name for forever and the biggest road block was properly filling everything out as well as having to find a newspaper/publishing. They did it all! They even filed my request for a Fee Waiver form (which saved me a lot of money)! I filed on their website for the name change on 11/12 and my court date was on 1/14, which was the day my petition was approved!
