Eviction Center

I used them several times and it worked well when the tenants moved out without a fight. I became very disappointed with them when one tried to avoid being served with court summons. The eviction center hired the lamest process server I have ever seen. He'd just go at the gate and if it was locked he'd just give up. We told him to come again in the morning to give the papers when the tenants were going in town. He came, but as the gate opened the process server just sat there and did not hand them the envelope. When I raised the issue with "The eviction center" they suggested that I just wait longer, and petition the judge that the tenants are not available for serving. A 2 weeks process... Long story short, this company drags their feet and I wont use them again.
