My attorney, Colin is Great at what he does and I would highly recommend him and the firm.

I try to call to make payments for my account and I rarely ever get ahold of anyone and I gave up and they put a levy on my bank account. Didn’t work so I set up another payment plan and the first time I try to make a payment guess what? They aren’t answering again. Feels fraudulent since they tack on interest every month. This should and would have been paid off months ago if they had just answered their phones.

I have Mr. Samuel R. Klaassen as my lawyer, to help with my HOA issue. I was unfairly fined with a huge amount of fee by HOA for no good reason, other than HOA trying to build its bank account. I had Evans & Mullinix before to help with my Trust & Will. This time with Mr. Klaassen. He is professional, patient, responsive, knowledgable (he also does real estate as well), and really cares about helping of his client. It wasn't an easy issue, but thanks to Mr. Klaassen's due diligence work, after some longs months with battling the HOA, the HOA silently took away the ridiculously unfair fees. I am so happy and very thankful for Mr. Klaassen's excellent work! I highly recommend him for your legal service, and will definitely use his expertise again for future legal matters.

Can not get a call back.... just like other reviewers have posted. Curious to see if they'll respond the same to me and say they have no record of me like they did the others ... My checks have been getting garnished from an old debt and they have not provided me a garnishment release form or the refund for overpayment that is due to me. I've left countless voicemail to the point that I feel bad for the front desk staff that have to keep taking my calls. I am more than happy to change this review if someone contacts me today.

Colin is awesome. Very responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Colin.
