I highly recommend the law firm of Evans & Meads. In 2019 I worked with the legal office on a difficult foreclosure closing. The office was very responsive and a good advocate on representing my interests to the seller and bank. Their law office assisted with escrow distributions and was good with communication whenever I had a question. I went back to Laura Meads three years later for an easement issue. Attorney Meads was very approachable and knows many of the local builders. She was able to make a call and get me answers. She is also very knowledgeable of North Carolina laws. I would 100% use Evans & Meads for any future legal issues in OBX.

THEY COULDN'T EVEN GET CLOSING FIGURES BEFORE DAY OF CLOSING, AND THEN WHEN RECEIVED FROM. " SELLER" RECORDED WRONG NUMBER THEREFORE, 2 WEEKS LATER HOUSE STILL IN ORIGINAL OWNERS NAME. WHAT A MESS FOR SELLER
