We have had consistently positive experiences with this firm. I accompanied my parents on their review to go over updates they wanted to make to their trust. After seeing how easy and thorough they were, we decided to use them for our own trust and will. They made this process easy from start to finish. Appointments were accommodating; we did not wait long to get the appointment and we did not wait long on the days we were there in person. They are organized, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. I feel like the paperwork package they compiled and provided for us to keep was thorough and organized well. I also learned quite a bit along the way. I would highly recommend this firm for estate planning, trusts, POA's, Proxys and wills.

We visited for a Medicaid consultation. Navigating Medicaid for the first time has been an overwhelming experience. Prior to our visit, I sincerely hoped for guidance in the right direction. We expected a fiduciary relationship marked by professionalism, attentiveness, and respect—especially from a firm that claims to specialize in elder care and estate planning. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. During our meetings with this firm, it is my opinion that my family and I were treated abrasively, dismissively and with little regard to our needs during a very difficult time.
