The Estep and Estep law office I can’t recommend at all. The office staff is incompetent and unprofessional. I asked numerous times the staff to call me in case an important email that was sent wasn’t received but never got a call. Last Thursday I called and asked if Mr. Estep reviewed the sent document and was responded that the staff didn’t know and they would follow up with him. On Monday I called again and I was told that they never received the email. After I verified the email address I resent the email and was assured that they would call me back within the next 10 minutes to confirm the receipt. I never got a call. No surprise! The staff is obviously incompetent and quite unqualified and rude. I called the office today again and asked Mr. James Estep to give me a call. I never got

Mr. Dennis Bailey is by far the best attorney we've got here in claiborne county! The man never judges you, never looks down upon you! Always there when you need him, and he will fight tooth & nail for what's right! Thank you Dennis bailey for what you do man! We love you!!!!

Disorganized from the start, 2.5 hour closing! Do not recommend…

Would not recommend using them for any land sales. My sister and I have been waiting for 4 months to sale 4 acres of land. It always seems to be one thing or another as to why they haven't finished it up. They have missed not one not two but three deadlines. Not mention us having to do part of their job along the way. We won't be doing business with them in the future and I will be finding out if this falls under legal malpractice or negligence.

Very helpful with property closing, and also with questions after closing. Great to work with and friendly.
