The estate planning seminar was very informative and touched on the most important aspect of estate planning, i.e. the crucial documents that one must have. James Miskell’s use of props was very useful in his delivery. He has command of the subject matter and I highly recommend him as well as the estate planning seminar.

After we received our well-organized binder, we were told "this isn't the end of our relationship." Since then, I've sent questions that have been answered quickly and completely. They are a pleasure to do business with.

The team at Estate Planning Law Group of Georgia did an exceptional job mapping out an estate plan, with a detailed Will, including healthcare powers of attorney, plans to deal with being incapacitated, asset allocation in our wills and appointment of multiple administrators as “fall-backs”. Jim Miskell did an exceptional job planning for so many contingencies that we had missed. Thus, the cost of “doing it right” turned out to be a real bargain. Bottom line: This was a very valuable experience for our family.
