For me the Estate Planning process was a major task, which cover not only my wellbeing but the challenges that my loved ones will eventually face. Attended several local seminars, and after a proper due diligence decided to hire the Elder Law Center. Ann Howard the Managing Attorney was outstanding and worked with me to cover all of my goals during the elaboration of the corresponding documents, all my questions were answered, and comments were considered on a timely fashion I am happy I decided to work with them in such important project. They were not the lowest price option but at the end a quality product was my goal The Staff Daniel Hudson, Angelina Torres and others did a great job. I strongly recommend them!!!

On our initial appointment, Kathryn Bosse was very thorough at explaining all the aspects of making a will, a living will, durable power of attorney, creating a family trust. After everything was decided, Daniel was great at double checking on clarity on our part as well as theirs. At our signing appointment, Daniel was very detailed oriented and made sure all documents were correct and answered all of our questions. It is a relief to know that we can finally check this off our list of to dos and that we can call them with whatever questions or concerns we may have in the future. Elder Law Center was recommended to us and we highly recommend them as well.

I’m in my 30s and lost my father unexpectedly. I had little knowledge and what to do and how the probate world worked. Mr. Petersen and his team were cordial, candor, down-to-earth, patient and available to us. Excellent probate service. Once probate was over, I went back to them to establish a trust. Angelica was able to answer my trust questions with care and clarity. 10/10.
