We recently got our will done from her office. I asked her at that time if trust needs to be made and she said no. I trusted her decision. Few months later, few of my other friends mentioned that they got their trust made because of the estate tax rule for visa holders. When I tried to reach out to her office about this trust thing, she basically told me that my information is not correct and I shouldn't trust AI(chatgpt). This information is there on government website so I am not sure how it is not correct. Then she said she charges 375$ per hour and ended the conversation. I regret that I went to her the first time before doing my own research. If you are on visa, do your own research before reaching out to her. She seems to know only green card and citizenship rules.
