Been trying to get restitution for my case for 9 months!! Nobody answers or emails back! They are just focused on locking people up not the victims that actually got hurt.

The BPS needs to be investigated ASAP, child safety should be a top priority for state offices.

John Flynns Office refused to hear my appeal in early 2019 even though Deputies fabricated the entire story and they submitted no evidence other than a fabricated police report and false police testimony. Erie County Sheriffs Office refused all of my FOIL requests for evidence proving my innocents. When police present charges to the courts, police should be automatically and immediately forced to hand over every single piece of evidence to prevent false arrests. I spent 22 months going through court and appeals just to be rejected by John Flynns DA office then have a crime that was falsified be held against me for the next 25 years and lose all my money.
