I have tried to reach out by phone and email for months with no reply. The first time her staff let my appeal time run out for ssi so I was forced to reapply after already waiting 2 years for first case I was supposed go before Judge with that appeal. Now facing same issue because I have paperwork that needs to be done and no reply. Going to look elsewhere and if I was you I'd do the same!

Reached out via email twice and never got a response. Called and was told she just took a bunch of cases. I would’ve been fine with waiting my turn but I wasn’t even allowed to do that.

I sent an email and never got a response so I can't say anything good or bad. Maybe they were too busy to respond or maybe weren't interested in discussing my needs. I've heard good things about them which is why I contacted them for assistance.
