Eric Wimberger Law Office

Eric Wimberger is lazy and a procrastinator. He doesn't return emails or phone calls. The Oconto County District Attorney told my new lawyer on 3-8-19 that Mr. Wimberger wouldn't communicate and he was unresponsive and uncooperative. He didn't provide me with crucial documents of the discovery in which I specifically asked for. Wouldn't contact witnesses. Billed me for services that were never performed. Mr. Wimberger took over 11K of my money with zero results. I'm currently seeking arbitration to regain a large portion of my retainer. I have also filed a grievance with the Office of Lawyer Regulation to review acts of misconduct, ethics violations, and fraud.
