Today was an awesome day for victory! Eric Olden Clark exhibited a flawless execution of justice. He was notified yesterday that I needed to appear in court today at 12:30. He represented me and my wife flawlessly! His assistant was exteemely polite, professional and supportive. Yes, I highly recommend him. Thank you all for your time, efforts and service. Mr. Clark sat, listened, and made a plan on how to handle my case. He first tried to switch courts to a more favorable court of his choosing. But Mr.Clark did NOT send the proper paperwork through the proper legal channels to the other lawyer and the case was kicked back to its orginal court. Wasting time and money. At his next court date of my case. Mr. Clark was asked questions by the judge on his decisions and actions regarding the change of court, Mr.Clark's response was him stumbling on his words, followed by his absent mindedness of my case. I, had to reply to the judge. This was over the span of a year. Constant backtracking of information, requesting information that had already been provided, or my information being ignored completely. I then relieved him of any future services.

Since 2007 I have been in a stressful custody case in lake county Indiana, court date after court date I was not ever granted sole legal custody of my daughter. Just one month after I contacted Eric Clark office in November of 2017 I was granted Sole legal and physical custody of my daughter with his help on Dec 6 2017. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Terrible business! My blood is boiling, not only was he a distant attorney who did not seem to try at all, it was a complete scam. I am a trusting, honest person and the audacity this office has to scam their way into profit was repulsing. I signed a contract of a 3500 flat rate, paid 1600 right then and multiple payments. The agreement was for the other person to pay balance. First they try to scam him, go outside of agreement and ask for an outlandish payment. Then as directed by his lawyer, he does what he was legally required (still more than remaining balance). Then this office tried to tell me I still have to pay them. Only after I call very upset clearly seeing this scam for what it is,explain how I see the desperate attempts to illegally charge us more, the secretary sweeps it unde

This attorney, lost paperwork, and had one excuse after another on why not prepared for court. Never filed the correct paperwork for legal documents. This guy's a joke
