Eric Nelson was appointed by the Court to be my mother’s guardian. He failed to “guard” and to enforce court ordered procedures. He attempted to hold others responsible for my mother’s care and safety when there were issues. Most of his efforts revolved around protecting his reputation and defending his poor performance as a guardian. His poor performance may have contributed to my mother’s death.

He made me recount upsetting details about an incident where I was seeking a lawyer and then told me he did not trust what I had said. He said I would have to pay for a consultation and say everything all over again while he was being paid. If he was calling to set up a paid consultation he could had done so without making me recount everything and there was never any need for him to become confrontational and rude.
