They were very honest with me, let me handle the filings that I felt comfortable handling myself and were a big help when things were too difficult for me! I highly recommend them if you need help!

If you are looking to sit on your butt and be handed your kids back for free, look somewhere else, but if you are willing to put in the effort they deserve…. Then I highly suggest utilizing ERFDF!!!! They will assist you and make it so Easy for you if you are willing! I now have joint legal and physical custody of my daughter and am so great full to Them!!!

Im just giving my experience. As the rest of the world tells me I have some kinda rights to my kids that have been taken away from a failed relationship from with there mother. I was working and she took off with my kids without telling me over a year ago. Haven't spoken to them or anything since. She wont let me. Always has excuses or doesnt answer anyways. I went here and all I was told is that i have no rights whats so ever over my own kids. That everything is going to be what she wants when she wants it. Ive had so many people tell me the opposite and going here made me wanna give up from what I was told. Idk what to do.

Stay away! They copy and paste and charge you $300 for something my 12 year old could produce. Oh wait lets not forget about the space cadet Kurt Harris. This lawyer will do the absolute minimum, forget names, court dates and will say “ im not sure what the judge will say”. He will not represent you’re best interests. Rents a tiny little office in big law firm to make himself appear bigger than he is.
