He was telling I am working on your case, from 2023 August thru 2025 he adjourned Jury trial 3 times, not submitting anything to court ,no comparative report nothing done for the case. They even did not bother to request from doordash company for my damage but opposite party investigated that. His friend Dr. Ratzker evidently was doing malpractice and Mr. Eppstein had not answered Mr. Ratzker unethical explanation about speaking to insurance company. They had not prepared for the court damage my winner case. I recently review what he submit to court just thru 2023 was just Dr. Ratzker documentation not other doctor reports ext.
