Bailey Wiseman is a BEAST. She can put up with the most difficult people. She’s very thorough in her process and it’s eased my anxiety ever since hiring her for my custody case.
Lauren was amazing in assisting me in a custody battle! I would recommend her to anyone. She is extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She is also very quick to respond to you or communicate any needs.
Wouldn't recommend them hired these guys before my spouse even had a lawyer. Yet somehow she still got all her papers filed against me before they did anything and then I was told that she just beat us to the punch. Call several times asking for a different attorney.Get , they continued to send me the same guy. And charged me for a phone call with me , asking for my money back . Paid over 10000 dollars to them and they went to court 3 times for me and just sent me an invoice saying I owe them 8000 more dollars.
Hands down the BEST. James Epperson and Aimee Head have been right by my side through my seperation. James is a shark in the courtroom. If youre looking for a lawyer... this is the firm you need.
I have had two use Epperson law a couple of times over the past 7 years for issues with child custody. Both times, James and his team have been outstanding to work with. Everyone in the office does a fantastic job and James has proven to be an exceptional attorney. His straightforward, no nonsense approach is exactly what I like in an attorney and his courtroom presence is second to none.
