I chose this firm after twelve days of calling attorneys, based on a call with Oscar, a senior business partner, who made strong assurances about urgency, availability, and understanding the pressure my business was under. He quoted $550/hour with a $5,000 retainer, which I paid. Once the retainer was paid, Oscar disappeared and my case was handed to a much less experienced associate at a lower rate.
