More qualified employees at McDonald's, couldn't tell the difference between a 4 and a 5 and wanted to charge me $125 late fee to get the title transferred over. Went to puyallup and they did it no problem.

I work for large construction company. I license numerous vehicles each year. I never get as good of service anywhere else. These people are great to work with. In my opinion gig harbor has the worst staff of any I've been to in last ten years. So I keep coming to the best in Pacific northwest. Enumclaw rules

If I could give them a zero I would. They sent my tabs to the wrong address and blamed me for not changing the address I changed it over 2 years ago. They are making me pay $ more dollars to get a replacement.

Always very nice, efficient, quick, & friendly service. They easily take care of everything exactly as it needs to be done. Ask if I have any questions, ask if I need anything else done. Never feel rushed. They always listen to everything I say, they hear me. Even if it's not about licensing or anything related. Sweet of them to have little complementary candy canes & round candies of the same striped peppermint. Thank you!
