I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Enchantment Legal. From day one to the very end, communication was inadequate. Despite making my needs and concerns very clear, I had to chase down basic updates with constant emails and well over 40 phone calls - most of which went unanswered or vague. There were repeated mistakes, including sending a certified copy of my documents to my ex-husband's address, even after I promptly provided the correct one. Then they attempted to tell me this was an "above and beyond" service and would be charging me for the second copy. This careless error caused more stress and wasted time. Changes to my agreement were made without consulting me, causing unnecessary delays that affected not only my schedule but also the other party's attorney. Simple tasks

Unfortunately, I’m unable to pay for an attorney, but they did offer a great consultation and Jake with the management helped and gave me lot of knowledge and answered questions I was unsure about. So even though I’m unable to afford an attorney, I appreciate the great service and giving me some guidance in the Steps. I should take.
