Our experience with Miss Hines has been refreshing. We contacted her after hitting our final straw with Service dog discrimination. Her consultations are extremely reasonably priced and she was able to give us correct information and a path forward. We did hire her for next steps and we’re so thankful that we did. Her portal is easy to use and user-friendly in submitting documents. She was able to very quickly resolve the issue and we felt like we were made whole. We did file a complaint with the Colorado civil rights division, and she also gave us tips and tricks in navigating that journey. Highly recommend and plan to keep her on file for the future.
