I have personally known Mr. Phillip Emerson, Phil, for almost 30 years. He is a man of integrity and deep passion for his profession and the clients he represents. A few years ago, I had cause to use Phil’s legal services in an arbitration. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional in his conduct and represented my best interests entirely. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and how each decision affected me and my business. The arbitration went until 8:00 at night and Phil was by my side the entire time. I have and will continue to highly recommend Emerson Law Group and Mr. Emerson to anyone in need of great legal representation.

They never represented us but unfortunately they were doing work for us that affects us and this rating is my opinion. However there is a certain way to treat people even an adversary. Update..... I personally would not recommend any people of color do buisness with this law firm. They make errors that a law firm shouldn't . They moved extremely slow with us. They were not good at returning communication. They actually are ok with telling lies on people who are just dissatisfied with them. They threatened to call the police on us for recording outside there office with the door open so any lies could be proven false. Without a shadow of doubt I have never encountered such a unprofessional law office. They actually held money that wasn't theirs and continue to. Our dollar matters, do not
