I participated in a four-session removal defense training with a group of four other immigration attorneys who have different levels of practice experience. I came away from the training feeling better prepared to represent my clients in the current climate, and I believe the other attorneys felt the same way. I am grateful that Elizabeth Young, who was our primary training leader, and her colleagues have decided to share their expertise in this way.

Emeriti Law created a month-long training in removal defense for myself and four other attorneys. I have been practicing immigration law for nearly 12 years and attended many removal defense trainings. This was the most applicable training I have participated in, allowing me to feel ready to take on my first removal cases in years. The material was up-to-date, the insights offered by these three former immigration judges were invaluable, and the support that I felt from this firm bolstered my confidence.
