Run, this lawyer smammed us out of $400 dollars for a phone consultation. Now, I see why he charges so much…clients are not retaining him. Run, he doesn’t know the law. Retain someone out of Dallas to fight your legal battles…protect your funds. He is a waste of your time, energy and money. Our God will see us through.

Mark Elliott is the worst lawyer I ever seen in my life, he took our 400 dollars and he didn't do anything, he was talking about us selling our land, if the shoe was on the other foot he wouldn't like for some one to tell him to sell his property, if anyone see him run for your life bc he will take your money and do nothing,he basically ripped us off

Hes a life saver for real!!! Very nice and helpful man. He knows what he doing for sure. He got my grandma all squared away with her Will and POA papers. Also when we found that grandpas house had never had grandma to the deed we thought we were going to have issues but he remembered taking care of grandpa's estate and will when he past in 2017 he took care of adding grandma as the person who got his house.
