I engaged with Mr. Elliott for a simple estate at the beginning of 2017. Communication was satisfactory in the first couple weeks of dealing with him but I have not heard from him in months. He fails to respond to emails and never returns calls. He had someone working for him in his office a few months ago that was responding to requests for information but that person is evidently no longer with Mr. Elliott's firm as emails to them are being returned as undeliverable now. I am completely in the dark about the status of the estate and have contacted the North Carolina Bar to assist in getting this situation resolved.
