Ellen Ray

This lady is very rude and uninformative. I had question in regards to a case she’s dealing with for my mom and instead of helping me she got an attitude and hung up in my face. I would give her 0 stars if I could. It doesn’t matter if I’m not a client at the end of the day I’m still human. I wouldn’t even treat an animal as mean as she just treated me.

I went into Mrs. Ray’s office hesitant of the process and outcome. Upon first meeting her, she eased all concerns, for she was straight forward, friendly, and down to business. I felt no judgement for having to file bankruptcy, thus erasing my self-shame. Mrs. Ray took total control of everything and informed me of how the process would work. She worked with me on making sure I completed all paperwork and supplied all documents needed. Although very patient with me, she made sure I understood the need to do my part in a timely manner. I love her professionalism and prompt response to emails. No matter what time I send her an email, she ALWAYS responds. Again, she is very professional, yet quite personable. I can't say enough to praise Ellen Ray and her staff. Besides doing their jobs impeccably and with kindness, they are super available. And when I ran into a personal snag with my bankruptcy, Ellen went to bat for me in an over-the-top way. I am forever grateful!!

Ellen is very knowledgeable and efficient. She takes her time with her clients and explains processes and procedures in an easy way. She can be reached easily and responds to questions and concerns in a timely and caring manner. For anyone who has to be involved in this process I would highly recommend her services.
