Elle was very nice and approachable. However, just as I am expected to fully understand my line of work and offer accurate estimates to my clientele, I expect the businesses I hire to do the same. My siblings and I hired Elle to assist with some minor work after our father passed away. We were quoted “somewhere between $750 and $1500, with a most likely cost of about $1000.” Unfortunately, the estimate was not even close. We are now up over $3500 and were quoted another $1000 to complete their work. Due to this significant discrepancy, we decided to secure support elsewhere. While I don’t believe we were being charged for activities not completed, I do take issue with a firm that specializes in this kind of work being so far off on their estimate. I can’t say enough about Nina Pappoulis. I used her for a small matter I needed help with a few years ago. She first listened instead of assuming she knew what I needed.
