Absolutely HORIFFIC. I'm going through a holdover eviction dealing with some ableist landlords, I am a disabled woman living alone running a small animal rescue (with landlord approval before I moved in). Clearly Elio saw an opportunity to make some easy money because I have not heard from him ONCE, I get no replies to attempts to communicate and my case was set to be a trial TONIGHT with ZERO prep work done. What kind of attorney doesn't communicate but sets a trial date, then does absolutely NO prep for the trial? And I mean not even one conversation, I was actually expected to go there and meet/speak to him for the first time ever at my own trial. It's like he's trying to ruin my life by allowing the court to keep violating my rights again and again. The first and only time I did speak

Worst attorney ever. He deserves a 0 rating. Doesn’t respond to calls. Doesn’t follow up. Doesn’t put in motions. Doesn’t know how to be an attorney. Stay far far away from this guy. He will ruin your life.

Elio is amazing! Both on a personal AND a professional level. He is extremely responsive to phone, texts, and emails-- and he gave me personal attention that is above and beyond what I expected from a lawyer these days. In the courtroom and during negotiations he is a shark at what he does; and, trust me, you want this man on your side. He ran circles around the opposing counsel in my case and got me and got me above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. They say you get what you pay for and Mr. Forcina is worth every penny.
