He is never too busy to answer a call, give advice, listen and help solve any issues that arise in a transaction. He is instrumental in getting the deal done fairly and pleasantly which is not always easy in this day and market. There is a reason that most the successful agents recommend Ralph to their clients.

Below my review or other reviews. They must be either fake or family members. I found Matthew Persanis to be an EXTREMELY unprofessional, unorganized and an overall rude individual. This not a person I would trust with anything important to me. If you believe any different, then you only met his alter ego.
