I had an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience with this firm, specifically with Linda Strohschein, the principal attorney. I scheduled a consultation to obtain emergency legal help for my mother, who has dementia. I attended the full consultation, provided my credit card, uploaded sensitive documents through their client portal, and was given every impression that I had successfully retained their services. The consultation was underwhelming—mostly general elder law information that could be found in a basic Google search for UAGPPJA (The Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act).
