Ellis Eifert has written for us wills, living wills, medical directives, and powers of attorney. It has been a joy to work with him. He is thoughtful, helpful, wise, and very professional. We started with an online form that gave him basic information. He then met with us to go over some points, and then was quite prompt in producing the documents. The next step was for him to explain the documents in detail, and make changes to suit. Ellis did the editing and we met with him, and witnesses, to execute the wills and other documents. My husband and I were quite pleased with the results, and found that Ellis made the process comfortable, not intimidating, and very effective. We most highly recommend his services.

Ellis did great work that really helped my wife and I out. There are so many generalizations and jokes out there about lawyers that make it easy to imagine them trafficking with the devil, and laughing all the way to the bank with your money. However, when you actually need a lawyer it’s a bit stressful to find someone you trust, let alone someone you like and feel comfortable enough to work with. I’m happy to say that in our experience, Ellis was not only a sharp, knowledgeable attorney, but also very easy and enjoyable to work with. Thank you for not living up to all the negative stereotypes!
