I hired this attorney on a contingency basis circa 2000 after a rear-end collision and was satisfied with his representation at that time. In December 2015, I was involved in a serious head-on collision. I had come to a full stop when another vehicle entered my lane, the impact totaled my car, and the accident was caught on video. I was experiencing back and nerve pain and contacted him again. During our brief call, he stated that he would not represent me “if I’m not really hurt,” and the conversation ended shortly after.
