Customer Reviews
Ed has helped me through numerous real estate transactions. His staff is super responsive and knowledgeable. He talks to you like a human and is very personable. I have recommended him to many family and friends. I know I'm in good hand with him.
No stars is more accurate. First time in court he screamed at the judge. This was supposed to be a simple case, but Ed took his retainer and then just wasted my time. He doesn't offer any phone contact. He falls asleep while being spoken to. He repeats himself 10 times over, yet he only pretends to understand what his client is explaining which is evident by his constant state of confusion. I should've handled my case on my own. I would've won and I would've saved a couple thousand bucks.
Ed is a very good attorney. I have used his, and his staffs services many times, and for many different legal areas. I have reccommended him to many people, and have stressed the most important reason to me...he is a good person. That is key in how he conducts his business...it shows.
I was told by Mr. Azar that he’d take a case for me he asked that I send him all my documents which took me weeks. To gather and put in date order and highlight everything to make it easier for him to go through all the pages. He told me to call back in a week so I can send him the retainer, he also agreed to come see the damages to my property personally which he never did. I called his office for weeks with no response and about a month later I finally got the office clerk who stated he decided to not take my case after having all my documents for 5 weeks and said it was because he was going to retire. Funny that was a year and 4 months ago and clearly he’s still in practice. How unprofessional to string people along for 5 weeks thinking they are being represented just to coward out and
My attorney has been "working" with Mr. Azar since December when his clients accepted our offer on their home. Mr. Azar continues to be the most elusive man on the planet; you probably have a better chance of contacting the Pope and the President at the same time. He consistently does not respond to emails and does not return phone calls from my attorney. Hopefully, we can close in March if and when he decides he wants to respond to settle this. I'm sure he's a great attorney when it doesn't involve real estate. If you're reading this Mr. Azar, John Bilheimer Esq. would love to speak with you, clearly, and as usual, at your earliest convenience :)
