I had a very positive experience working with Eddie Battitori . He was always straightforward and straight to the point. He never overpromised anything and was honest about my situation and the possible outcomes. Did a great job for my son!! IF I could leave a million stars, it wouldn't be enough!! He has been an absolute God send for my daughter also! He will always be my go to!!! Anyone not pleased, must not have got the results they wanted. Eddie will be straight up with you about everything, and tell you like it is. No sugar coating!

This guy.... DO NOT HIRE HIM! dropped 7k to his office. He nor staff communicate worth a damn. Couldn't even argue to get a court to grant a Bill of Particulars. Would stop on the side of the road to attempt to connect to zoom hearings... I found more reliable case law than he. Then.. he breaches the contract... presents a bill where he charges 300 per hour for his clerk to send emails. It goes on and on. Complaints on the way. As another reviewer mentioned. He pissed off the opposing council right out of the gate. However... I'm suspicious that this may just be a claim as part of a culture of dropping clients. Helping prosecutors and extorting his clients. Even judges frown when his name is spoken

Gave him $3,500 over a PFA. He seemed knowledgeable before hiring. Once hired he didn’t keep in contact never gave a new court date. I had to call the office to get a court date. We eventually dropped the PFA and he agreed with the other parties attorney and went with what they wanted. He then called us and said he can do a Guardian case over kids that are involved but told us he’d have go “study” it since he doesn’t practice it. Be aware he’s in this just for the money and doesn’t represent clients like he should.

I learned firsthand why his peers call him 'Eddie Bad-attorney' Had to pay him $3,000 before he would speak to us. After paying his office girl in person, he was extremely difficult to get ahold of...so much so that we called the judge to get advice on what to do about it and ultimately had to have a friend visit him on my behalf. Months would go by with no response from him. Add to this 2 wasted 120 mile round-trips to court because he failed to notify me of date changes. Divorce filed in April 2013. Divorce wasn't final until 4th quarter 2016. The hearing was traumatic with E. B. completely unprepared, leaving me to be humiliated by the over-the-top acerbic, animated, attacking commentary of opposing attorney.
