Was referred here and so glad I was. I had a phone consultation with David Maille. He was very informative, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions definitively. I took a half hour of his time and left with him establishing legal representation was not necessary in my circumstance. If I was in need I would have definitely moved forward and retained his services. Give them a call if you are looking for representation.

Communication from them was a D- at best. First red flag-the gentleman who I signed on with was no longer employed there, but no one reached out to let me know who was taking over my case. It was a chase up hill from there. Every time I called to check in, no one knows what’s going on. I have to explain over and over again. I felt like I was bothering them. Like I had to tell them what to do. Not the feeling you want from your lawyer. They never had any good news for me. Even when my case ended they still messed up on the payment. I never even met my lawyer, Richard Rafferty, until I flipped a “nutty” at their office and they finally called him in. The women who answers the phone is nice. I can tell she is sick of their shit too!!!! I can tell she gets bombed with complaints!!!

If you are looking for a firm to give your case to, please contact this one. After they took my case, they always gave me updates through calls and emails. Very professional and unlike a lot of lawyers, they are very honest if they think your case is worth it or not.

This review is mostly for the lawyer whom presided over my case, Joesph Roche, others that were involved were Aaron and Sabrina (As Joe was ironically unavailable at the end of my case). My experience with him was of ill preparation and disorganization, rarely remembering what was previously discussed at court appearances. Even after begging him to pull data that was necessary for my case he lazily went through the motions of finally getting it after critical timelines in my case had already passed. If you value your case go anywhere else and good luck.

Working with Kevin, I was able to get my Disability claim approved on the first attempt. Kevin was very responsive and just a plain nice guy to talk to about my case. Many lawyers prior wouldn't even take my case because they weren't 'guaranteed' a win but Eden Rafferty took a chance with me and they were successful! Thank you!
