Absolutely the worse lawyer I have ever met. He is representing my daughter and refuses to even listen to her side of anything…does not inform her of court dates…will not answer calls from her…she hasn’t seen him in months…so if you are truly seeking justice for you or anyone you know who has been accused of something do yourself a favor and stay clear of this attorney…he is totally worthless

Mr McClendon was the most incompetent attorney that I have ever had in my life. He refused to file motions for me I had to file my own motions he was rude to me and he refused to talk to my wife even though she had full power of attorney over me he would not keep me informed on my case status he even presumed me guilty when in fact my case is going to be dismissed. The man is in no way an attorney that I hope no one lets represent them.
