I called on a Sunday morning thinking I would leave a message for them to call me back Monday or so. A gentleman by the name of Alex answered at 9 in the morning which caught me off gaurd. I proceeded to explain my issues and he explained with the lower amount of monies owed that he didn't wont to charge and gave me some really good advice.
