Attorney Jennifer Donaldson has helped me previously on an adjacent case. While I felt the entire staff felt indifferent and stuffy, the case was straightforward and they handled it well enough. Now almost a year later when needing an attorney for another round, I figured I would go with the practice that is familiar with the background of the case. After two voicemails and several emails to the office I have heard nothing back, not even an out of office. Today I tried calling the receptionist to ask if the attorney was away for the week, but she did not answer me and straight away forwarded my call to voicemail yet again. At this point I believe my case may not be something they want to take on, but instead of simply stating such it feels like they have resorted to ignoring me.

I am a contractor of 8 yrs who recently got sued for the first time. The plaintiff had repeatedly violated my terms and conditions, so I pulled away from the site never to return. I had grounds to stand on because of my company’s terms and conditions, evidence and a witness. I was nervous and unaware of what to do and someone referred me to Eastburn and Gray, Doylestown. The firm provided me with a rookie, Zayd Takiedine who did nothing but disappoint. Zayd and I had gone over what to provide during the case: construction pictures, material information, a witness, a blue print. All of things were vital to my statement but when the judge asked if we had any witnesses or evidence Zayd promptly said, no. At this point I thought Zayd had something up his sleeve. They have been our family's go to law firm for as long as I can remember.
