I was recently involved in a civil dispute that I was completely unprepared to handle. I have never had to navigate the court system before and I was very overwhelmed and worried. On the date of my pretrial arraignment, Kanami helped me to arrange my evidence in a clear and concise manner, professionally negotiated with the counter party's attorney and ultimately was able to reach a deal that I felt was extremely beneficial for me. Kanami was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I hope that I never have to utilize their services again, but if I ever do; I will rest assured in the knowledge that the EBCLC will handle everything perfectly.

refused to help. always an exuse. people are homeless and dying these people take grant money and don't really provide services just excuses.

Many clinics are founded by hard-workers and heavy-hitters, but taken over by ivy-league grads looking for a cush office without pressure, and so they become a rejection-mill. My case was treated a little dirtier, like a townie-fix agreement to blacklist, but only because these once-great places were just out of the grasp of the real founders, and mission, and so with no hero left in the office my case was left to the rejection machine. Needs reform.
