Mr. Earnest Fiveash is the best attorney in Memphis. He is a wide, kindhearted individual. He is very straightforward and to the point. Helped me solve a very important issue. I couldn't ask for a better attorney!!

I filed with him in hopes of debt relief also from having my sibling to refer me to his agency. Consultation he was very kind, once hired all communication failed. Every time you call him he is to busy to discuss any issues pertaining to your case. He has a very rude attitude , if you reach him by phone he makes false promises that he will follow up with you and doesn't. He is under staffed which i believe causes him to be stressed and lash out at his clients. This is supposed to be a place of relief but its bringing additional stress. I honestly regret choosing him as my attorney. I don't feel valued at all but used. I still have an creditor billing me that is on my CH13. I have been into his office and spoke with him about this 45 days ago to still receive bill from creditor. Please go
