Today my husband & I had an appointment with a specific attorney we requested. I even called in advance this morning to confirm our appointment. However, upon arrival we were told we will be seen by John & not the attorney we expected. We were surprised we were not made aware BEFORE arriving to our scheduled appointment with the attorney we requested especially since I called this morning to confirm. When John came to the waiting room to greet us, he presented himself very unprofessional, abrupt & rude.
