Very hard to even get a ETA on when I can talk to someone. Who ever answered the phone (Susy? Not sure if her real name was given) was not very helpful at all with getting me connected to someone and did not really seem to care about my concerns at all. “Everyone is busy I dont know when someone will get back to you but I can tell you not to call at 4:30 again” - Susy (if thats even her real name) It seems as if they were annoyed that I was seeking them out for legal help.

I was extremely impressed with my attorney, Erik Walter. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Erik truly cares about his clients and their best interests. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal advice or representation. She is caring and compassionate and takes the time to explain and goes above and beyond to make sure she represents you to the best of her ability and protects you as a client. You are her number one priority. Even though the attorneys have a full case load she made sure to stay in communication.
