Update: I finally spoke to her, turns out she’s not that bad of a person. It may just be the way the family member had things set up, which was not in our best interest. I wish we could have spoken with her a lot sooner, maybe things would have turned out better. It’s going on over 3 years they are handling my parents succession. We gotten no where. Over 2 years I have been calling and leaving my call back number and they have yet to return my calls. One sibling is in charge and must have gotten them to agree not to talk to us. Red flags everywhere. I do not recommend this firm

After looking at reviews and getting a recommendation,I sought out legal assistance for a succession. After over 2 months and not hearing back on any updates, I called and left messages on 3 different occasions and not once did I receive a call back. On the 3rd call I acknowledged that I know her time is important but so is ours and would at least like a call back, if not I would like to pick up our will and seek legal assistance elsewhere. An hour later the secretary called me to pick up the will, it would be at the front counter. Very poor way to treat people!! I would not recommend this place that shows you how much they care about helping people. We were not worth her time to even return a phone call to update us!! We lost both of our parents in 2 months time and have had a lot to deal
