Neil MacDonald took on my case when I got sued for purchasing a property from Lackawanna County Judicial Tax Sale. He completely messed up my case and the property we purchased got taken from us. He then tried to abandon me when my appeal process started. Only when I threatened to turn him into the BAR Association for abandoning his client did he agree to file my appeal but I was lucky to find a great attorney from Philadelphia that specializes in tax sale appeals to take over my case to try and correct all the mistakes he made. I was very dissapointed in his representation to say the least.
